Prevention first
Most of UK health spending arrives after something has gone wrong. We build for the period before that: screening, coaching, nutrition, sleep, recovery and performance, where a small intervention still changes the outcome.
Judgement over badges
We choose clinicians on experience and reputation, then show the register entry so you can verify them yourself in about a minute. No trust seals, because a seal we award ourselves would mean nothing.
One coordinated pathway
Health rarely sits inside one discipline. A pathway can carry a psychologist, a nutritionist and a physiotherapist and still read as one plan, with you deciding what happens next.
Nothing unsourced
Every waiting time, prevalence figure and pay band on this site links out to the published NHS, ONS or peer-reviewed source it came from. If we cannot source it, we do not print it.
Prices shown as POA
Fees belong to the clinician, and they change with session length and format. Rather than publish a number that goes stale, we show POA and let you ask the person you would actually see.
Your data stays yours
Screening answers are processed in the session and never stored against your name. Nothing is sold, and no clinician sees your details until you ask us to make the introduction.
How we pay for it
Where the money comes from.
Nothing on the care side. Clinicians are listed free, keep their own rate, and no enquiry is charged for. We earn from the commercial side of the sector instead: featured listings on our marketplace, employer hiring on the jobs board, and partnerships with clinics who want to reach our audience.
The reason for the split is simple. The moment a clinician can pay to sit higher in a list, the list stops being useful to the person reading it, and the only thing we actually have is that list being honest.
