The mind is a complex and deeply fascinating place. As far back as I can remember I have been drawn to people, wondering why we do the things we do, what lead us to where we are and how does our behaviour impact ourselves and those around us. As the years went by my passion increased and I became fervent about therapy and being an advocate for mental health and well-being.
An integrative approach enables us to tailor the therapy to best suit your individual needs. This ensures you get the very best out of our sessions with maximum efficacy.
As a therapist I work integratively with adults, drawing upon a number of counselling approaches, such as; Person Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Personal Construct Theory.
