Why did you choose to become a therapist?

Following several years as a Samaritan, I became a therapist as I found that I had a desire to help empower people and support them in times of distress, working toward positive, lasting change.

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

Integrative therapy allows for different approaches to be brought together as a whole based on the clients individual needs.

How would you describe your therapy session & approach?

I offer time, empathy and respect for you to explore your feelings and understand yourself from a more helpful perspective so that you can make positive change in your life. I am currently offering telephone and video call sessions (Skype or Zoom) giving you opportunity to begin therapy from your own private space at a time convenient to you.  If you are unsure please call me for a 5 minute chat so you can get a feel for how sessions will run. I provide short or long term therapy and aim to provide a professional, integrated service based on your individual needs.
