Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I chose to become a counsellor after experiencing the benefits and advantages of therapy myself.

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

Integrative therapy is a combination of different psychological theories and therapeutic approaches, which I've found to be much more comprehensive in practice, and like all forms of therapies it can be tailor-made depending on a client’s needs and way of working.

How would you describe your therapy session & approach?

I often liken my role of counsellor as giving clients the tools to help themselves. I work to offer clients a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, and empathic environment so to speak freely about their presenting problems and work to overcome difficult obstacles in their life (whether past, present or future). Below is a list of various therapies I can offer. Bear in mind, these therapies can be combined. - Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic Therapy - Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - Solution-Focused Therapy (SFP) - Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) - Gestalt Therapy All interactions within counselling, including the scheduling of your appointments, attendance at appointments, the content of your sessions, progress in counselling, and your records are kept confidential in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Due to COVID-19, I am currently only offering online counselling via email, Skype, and Zoom.

What are your Top 3 professional achievements so far?

My three professional achievements would be becoming a therapist, providing therapy to those in need, and helping clients reach a comfortable state of independence and self-acceptance.
