When asked why I chose to become a therapist I always say that I didn't find therapy, therapy found me. I have always had a passion and a wish to help people and I couldn't imagine my life without being a therapist as part of it.
I am an integrative therapist because I do not believe that 'one size fits all' and being able to use different modalities and skills enhances the therapeutic process.
I tailor my therapy sessions to the needs of each individual client. I believe therapy starts with trust, feeling safe and building a strong therapeutic relationship.
