I chose to become a therapist because I had always had a profound interest in the human mind and its complexities. I followed an alternate career path through criminal justice but felt unfulfilled and dissatisfied. I decided to make a change and follow my interest and passion, which led me back to psychotherapy.
I feel that integrative therapy is an incredibly effect form of therapy, as holds so much flexibility. Integrative therapy can draw from different modalities to create a perfect blend for a client to suit their needs and goals.
I have a solid base in Transactional Analysis, although I adopt an Integrative approach and draw upon various modalities in order to provide a tailor made therapy to suit the clients needs. I like to think that my therapy sessions are engaging and fruitful and I try to expel any pre-therapy apprehension where I can.
