Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I initially became interested in Psychotherapy and trained as a Counsellor as a result of experiencing counselling myself due to a sudden bereavement of someone very close to me. Now I am dedicated to help you get the therapy that you deserve enabling you to lead a happier and more fulfilling life .

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

Integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy as allows a therapist to work within a number of different theoretical approaches and, as a result, enables a therapist to meet your individual needs .

How would you describe your therapy session & approach?

My belief is that therapy is key and that my role as a qualified professional Psychotherapist is to help facilitate changes in your outlook, therefore empowering you to overcome your difficulties.
