Why did you choose to become a therapist?

Through my own life journey and through experiencing counselling myself, I chose that I wanted to support people just like I was supported when I needed it.

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

Being an integrative counsellor means I create the therapy around you rather than having you fit into the therapy style I am trained in.

How would you describe your therapy session & approach?

I am a qualified integrative counsellor. Working integratively means that my approach uses different theories that include the main forces in psychology of Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamics. This means I combine different techniques and interventions to create the most effective therapy for your needs. This may include mindfulness, guided visualisations and creative therapy.

What are your Top 3 professional achievements so far?
