I am an integrative counsellor with experience of working with the NHS as well as individuals experiencing a variety of problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, low mood, low self-esteem and grief and loss.
I am trained and have experience in several psychological models Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Person centred, Attachment theory, TA, Choice theory and trauma-informed approaches. I offer a non-judgemental safe environment working together, finding the best copying strategies for to reduce the negative feelings.
