I was born to have a job that involved understanding and helping people in some way. I have always been fascinated by people and deeply empathic. When I was studying psychology I chose Counselling Psychology as an option and realised what my career should be!
Integrative therapy is the most flexible and realistic way to work with humans! We are all different with varying styles, levels of self-knowledge, experience and need, so to have a therapist who can draw from a large range of interventions according to each individual client is the best way to meet people where they are.
My role is to help you to find your own answers. Experience shows that even if you don't know what you need, or even what is causing your distress, working together to build a safe trusting space in therapy, we can get there. I integrate approaches from many different trainings according to your style and need and most of my client's therapy journeys evolve naturally, but we can set weekly measurable goals if you prefer that.
