I had therapy earlier in life and I found it immensely beneficial for my mental health, wellbeing and emotional stability. I learnt healthy coping strategies, chatted through my difficulties and built an amazing bond with my therapist, who helped support me. I want to do that for other people, through a collaborative relationship, I'm also a great listener with a realistic approach.
It's your time, your life, why have a therapy that tries to fit you in a box? You're an individual, your therapy should be too. Integrative therapy uses many different skills, techniques and processes, it allows for a well-rounded therapy, rather than trying to fit you into a modality which isn't necessarily beneficial in the long run for your mental health.
We do what ever works for you! If you need challenging, I can do that, if you need someone to just listen, I can do that too, I'm here to support you, in what ever format that is for you, individually. We'll discuss your therapy goals/needs in the initial session and these will be reviewed on a regular basis throughout our journey together, so as to keep it relevant to your present issues.
