Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or whether you are seeking to better understand yourself and your relationships, I offer therapy in a safe, non-judgmental confidential space where you are free to be you. 
I am a qualified therapist offering individual therapy encompassing a wide age group, diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. I have experience working with adults and young people dealing with a range of issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, loneliness, feeling overwhelmed or suicidal. I also provide counselling for those caring full-time for loved ones who feel in need of some respite and an opportunity to focus on their own needs.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I have benefitted from my own therapy as a teenager and in my twenties and have always had a desire to help others understand themselves better and to provide that level of support for others.

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

It enables the client to be treated as an individual with unique needs and experience and for them to receive an approach that will their personality and enable them greater self awareness.
