It was not long before I was really enjoying the challenge and really seeing the incredible value of therapy. There was no looking back! Now its a privilege to hold space for people to facilitate their healing journey.
Integrative therapy is a vital resource to create therapy sessions specific to the clients requirements. All modalities have value, but can lose the power when used alone. Integrative therapy allows for a much more personal approach, allowing the client to really feel the benefit.
Therapy can be quite overwhelming and speaking about yourself is something we're not used to. My approach is to create a safe and welcoming environment to foster a secure space for people to open up and explore their " stuff." A client is gently guided through their 50 minute session to really gain the benefits of reflection and self exploration.
My top achievements are my counselling qualifications and my meditation teacher qualification. Also, the community art workshops that I have hosted. All of these bring people to a healing environment.
