Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I chose to become a therapist because I want to be involved in helping others to find the peace and understanding that I have been able to find through therapy

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

Integrative therapy works best because it draws on different therapy methods for different issues. It lessens the need for clients to undertake therapy in many stages. We all learn and understand in different ways and an integrative approach broadens the possibility of both occurring. The therapist can tailor their approach to suit the individual clients needs.

How would you describe your therapy session & approach?

My sessions are client lead, which means the sessions will always be about what you bring. You will have my full attention during sessions and can expect to feel heard, understood and accepted. You can expect to receive knowledge and support in understanding what you bring, as well as guidance to navigate through the process of change.
