After a major life crisis in 2008 I started approaching a counselling school; for the first time in my life I felt I was in the right place at the right time. Many revolutionary changes happened since then in my life and among these, I have started to help and successfully make a difference in people’s life. Grateful and humbled by this, I am still on this journey: meeting people I help to transform through the power of love. (Therapy too, is love).
We are unique; complex; complex the folds in our life that brought us where we are now and multifaceted the way we see and experience what life has thrown at us so far. There would be no single method or approach that would work on its own, but a wised mixture of many, or few, according to what is needed and what, as a therapist, I consider useful. Integrative therapy allows me as a therapist to search attentively in my “tool box” and adapt to my clients’ needs; and allows my clients to be seen and heard as the unique being they are.
I am very warm, approachable and kind. Direct and honest too though; :-) I like to think I am adaptable to my clients’ styles but at the same time there will be a moment when I will be challenging. Although not for a moment you’ll doubt my unconditioned and undivided support, and trust will pour from both sides, there will be times when I will remind you why you’re there; even in the darkest hour I will hold for you your hope of a better self and life.
In many ways, in a good number of years, has been incredibly touching and rewarding to witness my clients thriving and booming in their life. From the tiniest change to the most significant one, some transformational power touched their heart, and those’ around them. My best achievements have names, smiles, new hopes, and a solid tank of at-hand-joy in their life.
