Short (one line)
Take a Seat is a UK health platform that matches people to checked clinicians across prevention, performance, longevity and recovery care.
Long (one paragraph)
Take a Seat is a UK health platform built around pathways rather than appointments. People start with a free, evidence-based screening or an eight-question pathway builder, and are matched to independent clinicians we recommend from our own experience, across prevention, performance, longevity, neurodivergence and recovery care. Take a Seat is free to use and takes no commission on clinical referrals: clinicians pay to be listed, not per patient. Screening responses are processed in session and never stored.
Naming
Always "Take a Seat"lower-case "a", no hyphens, never "TakeASeat" or "Take A Seat" in running copy. We say clinician or specialist, not therapist.
