Clinical roles
Assessment and therapy work: ADHD assessors, clinical and counselling psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors. Usually delivered by video, so remote and hybrid patterns are common, and much of it is paid per assessment or per session rather than salaried.
Pay in 2026: £45,000 to £120,000 across 6 roles.

Allied Health roles
Hands-on and applied roles: physiotherapy, nutrition and dietetics, and rehabilitation. Clinic based or hybrid because the work involves in-person contact, with sessions often billed individually alongside a base caseload.

Registration: HCPC for physiotherapy and dietetics, AfN for registered nutritionists.
Medical roles
Private GP and prescribing roles across prevention and longevity services. Sessional and part-time patterns are the norm, with clinics booking fixed lists rather than full-time posts.
Pay in 2026: £70,000 to £180,000 across 2 roles.
Registration: GMC registration with a licence to practise.
Coaching roles
Behaviour change work: health, sleep, performance, nutrition and executive coaching. Almost entirely remote and largely self-employed, priced per programme or per session rather than as a salary.
Pay in 2026: £24,000 to £95,000 across 14 roles.
Registration: ICF, UKIHCA or a comparable certification rather than statutory registration.
