Clinical and therapy room hire, booked by the hour, the half day, or on a regular weekly slot. Rooms are furnished for consultation and normally include reception access, wifi and waiting space.
How room hire pricing works
Rates are the lowest published hourly rate, which usually means off-peak and outside central London. Evenings, weekends and prime postcodes cost more, and regular block bookings cost less per hour than ad hoc ones. Check whether a membership or deposit sits on top.
Who this suits, and who it does not
For clinicians running in-person sessions who do not want a lease, and for remote-first practitioners who need occasional face-to-face space. Confirm soundproofing, step-free access and confidentiality arrangements before you book a first client in.
