About
Dr Katie Hilton is a co-founder of SHE Health, a GP with more than 20 years' experience and a specialist focus on women's health, hormones, menopause and lifestyle medicine. She supports women through perimenopause, menopause, contraception, cycle concerns and complex hormone related symptoms. She holds the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and the Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, is a member of the British Menopause Society, and has completed additional BMS training including the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care. Her work is shaped by years of seeing how lifestyle, stress, environment and hormonal change interact, and by how often women are told their symptoms are normal when they clearly do not feel right. Based in Cheshire, seeing women nationwide.
