About
Dr Liz Leek is an experienced NHS GP and integrative women's health specialist. Before medical school she gained a First Class Honours degree in Anatomy and Physiology, and that scientific grounding, alongside her own health experiences, led her into functional and integrative medicine. She now divides her time between NHS practice, the Marion Gluck Clinic (the UK's leading bioidentical hormone clinic) and BiOrigin, the integrative women's health clinic she co-founded, offering both remote and in person consultations. Her care is built on four principles: listen without rushing, find the root cause, personalise and integrate treatment, and educate so every woman understands her own body. She is also a speaker on perimenopause and menopause, hormones and stress, PCOS and endometriosis, bioidentical HRT, and workplace hormonal health.
Approach
An integrative, root cause approach. Dr Liz combines conventional general practice, functional medicine diagnostics, lifestyle change and bioidentical hormone therapy into a personalised plan, treating the whole person rather than a list of symptoms.
