Supplements - our picks
Every supplement on this page has been reviewed by our clinical team for evidence, dose, and third-party testing. We only feature products we would take (or recommend to family), no "everything works" mega-lists, no white-label filler brands.

Visit partner siteWhat you are actually buying
Consumer supplements bought direct from the brand and delivered to you, usually as a monthly pack, a bottle of 30 to 90 days, or a subscription you can pause. None of them require a prescription, and none of them replace a blood test or a diagnosis.
How supplements pricing works
The price shown is the brand's own list price for a single unit or a month's supply at the time we reviewed it, including UK delivery where the brand offers it free. Subscriptions are usually cheaper per month than one-off orders, and multi-month packs are priced per pack rather than per month, so check the unit you are adding to the basket.
Who this suits, and who it does not
Useful if you already know what you are correcting, whether that is a nutrient gap flagged by a test, a symptom pattern you have discussed with a clinician, or a diet that is genuinely patchy. Less useful as a first move: if you are unsure what is wrong, a screening or a consultation will tell you more than a stack will. Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, on prescribed medication, or managing a thyroid or liver condition should check interactions before starting.
What happens next
You order direct from the brand. Give any supplement six to eight weeks before you judge it, keep one variable at a time, and take the label to your next consultation so it can be read alongside anything you are prescribed.
How this shelf is chosen
The list is short on purpose. Options are added by our clinical team when they are already used or recommended in practice, and each one is written up with its trade-offs alongside what it does well, so a page that only sells is a page we have got wrong. Some of the outbound links are affiliate links, which is how the shelf pays for itself, but placement, order and the wording of any review are never sold and a partner cannot pay to appear here. We recheck prices and inclusions at review and remove anything we would no longer recommend rather than leave it up for the traffic.
Prices and inclusions are checked at review and change without notice, always confirm on the provider's own page. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, if you want one, speak to a specialist or build a pathway.
