You'll combine evidence-based modalities (CBT for ADHD, ACT, ADHD coaching frameworks) with an affirming, strengths-based approach. Most of the work is post-diagnostic, so clients arrive with a report in hand and a specific goal, whether that is holding down a demanding role, rebuilding routines after burnout, or managing ADHD alongside anxiety.

- BACP, UKCP or BABCP accredited therapists with specific ADHD training
- Clinicians who view ADHD through a neurodiversity-affirming lens
- Experience with comorbid presentations (anxiety, depression, trauma)
- Comfortable working remotely and in hybrid formats
- Happy to work with adults, adolescents, or both, in English, anywhere in the UK
Qualifications and registration
- Accredited counselling or psychotherapy qualification (BACP / UKCP / BABCP / HCPC)
- Specific CPD in ADHD therapy or coaching (ADDCA, ICF or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Current professional indemnity insurance
