Who we're looking for
- BABCP-accredited CBT therapists
- Strong protocol fidelity alongside formulation flexibility
- Experience with PTSD, OCD or health anxiety valued
- Comfortable with remote and hybrid delivery
Qualifications and registration
- BABCP accreditation
- Postgraduate CBT training (PG Dip or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' post-accreditation experience
- Active CBT-specific supervision
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured CBT (typically 12 to 20 sessions)
- Use validated outcome measures every session (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.)
- Maintain clear formulation and treatment plans
- Refer to specialist colleagues for out-of-scope presentations
