Who we're looking for
- Coaches with mental health specific training and lived professional experience
- Strong risk awareness and a written escalation process
- Experience with anxiety, low mood, stress and overwhelm presentations
- Regular supervision without exception
Qualifications and registration
- Accredited coach training plus mental health specific CPD (or a clinical background)
- Mental health first aid or equivalent risk training
- Minimum 2 years client facing experience
- Supervision and professional indemnity insurance
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured coaching focused on routines and self management
- Screen for risk at intake and review it through the engagement
- Refer to a registered clinician where treatment is indicated
- Keep clear, proportionate notes and a documented escalation plan
