Who we're looking for
- Accredited coaches with a lifestyle or wellness specialism
- A defined niche rather than a general wellness offer
- Evidence led, no supplement selling or unproven protocols
- Comfortable with remote delivery and asynchronous check ins
Qualifications and registration
- Accredited coaching or health coaching qualification
- Recognised CPD in nutrition, exercise or behaviour change
- Minimum 2 years of client facing practice
- Professional indemnity insurance
Responsibilities
- Design 8 to 12 week wellness programmes with measurable targets
- Run weekly or fortnightly reviews and adjust the plan
- Keep claims evidence based and within scope
- Refer to clinicians for anything diagnostic or medical

In practice the terms overlap. Health coaching is more often used in a clinical or primary care context, while wellness coaching is used in private prevention and performance work. The training and scope are broadly the same.
