    Frequently asked questions

What is a work and health coach?

A work and health coach supports someone to stay in work or return to it while managing a health condition, covering phased returns, adjustments, pacing and confidence, alongside any clinical treatment they are receiving.

Is this the same as occupational health?

No. Occupational health gives a clinical opinion on fitness for work. A work and health coach does the practical week to week work of making the return actually hold.
