    FAQs

What is an executive health check?

A structured half-day assessment: full bloods, cardiovascular screening, body composition, and a 60-minute doctor consultation to translate the findings into a plan. Take a Seat clinicians charge £600-£2,500 depending on scope.

Which blood tests actually matter for prevention?

The core panel: lipids (including ApoB), HbA1c, high-sensitivity CRP, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, thyroid, and testosterone or oestradiol depending on sex and stage. Anything beyond that should be justified by your history.

Do I need a longevity doctor if I feel fine?

That's exactly when preventative work pays. The goal is to identify silent risk factors (cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal) a decade before they become symptomatic.
