Looking for a therapist you feel comfortable with can be a daunting task when you might already be feeling anxious or low.
I am a qualified and experienced integrative psychotherapist, trained in different approaches, so that therapy can be tailored to you and your goals.
I have worked online and face to face for the past 15 years and work with people experiencing a variety of different issues. I work with individuals and couples and have appointments during the week (Monday to Friday) between 10am and 8.30pm.
Issues worked with include: Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Relationships, Health Anxiety, OCD, Schizophrenia, Phobias, Stress, Conflict and Bereavement.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I decided to train as a therapist after accessing therapy myself may years ago. It struck me as amazing that a therapist could help me to overcome the issues that I was facing and from there, I decided that I wanted to do the same for others.

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

Every therapeutic approach has its strengths and limitations. What I love about integrative therapy is the ability to bespoke the approach for the individual and their particular circumstance and goals, meaning that the therapy is relatable and applicable for every individual.
