Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I did not choose to become a therapist, I went to my 1st class because a friend did not want to go alone. That choice inevitably changed my life, giving me the opportunity to become a therapist and teacher, ultimately providing me with my own business and job satisfaction. Best decision I have ever made.

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

Integrative therapy enables me to tailor sessions that best support my clients rather than them work my way. Being able to work collaboratively can be empowering for clients and in my experience makes therapy for the client effective and life changing.

How would you describe your therapy session & approach?

As an integrative therapist my approach is empowering, working alongside clients to support them in achieving the changes in their lives.
