You might be struggling due to painful experiences impacting your life, such as family relationships, illness or bereavement, loss of culture and language, or identity issues. Arts therapies can help you connect to yourself in a creative, empathic and non-judgemental way, and help you find a home from which you can feel comfortable to explore your difficulties, and learn more about yourself.
I am passionate about using therapy to find a way to be at peace and at home with yourself. 
I come from a mixed Anglo-Arab background, which gives me an advantage at understanding immigration, mixed relationships, hybrid cultures and cultural identity issues. I speak English & Arabic. I'm available online & in person.

Why do you think integrative therapy is the most effective form of therapy?

I integrate an arts therapy approach, alongside an attachment based psychotherapy, which means I adapt to your specific needs in therapy and style of expression. Integrative therapy allows therapists to adapt to your needs and find growth in a way that is comfortable and at your pace.

How would you describe your therapy session & approach?

In my session you can talk and use creative means to express yourself, and work through your difficulties. I use images, stories and body movement to help increase your awareness to your unconscious issues lying beneath the surface. Ultimately this is your therapy. I am here to guide you and be alongside you, to help you tell your story and to listen to it, to offer compassion and empathy.
