I integrate an arts therapy approach, alongside an attachment based psychotherapy, which means I adapt to your specific needs in therapy and style of expression. Integrative therapy allows therapists to adapt to your needs and find growth in a way that is comfortable and at your pace.
In my session you can talk and use creative means to express yourself, and work through your difficulties. I use images, stories and body movement to help increase your awareness to your unconscious issues lying beneath the surface. Ultimately this is your therapy. I am here to guide you and be alongside you, to help you tell your story and to listen to it, to offer compassion and empathy.
